Learning to accept life as it is. With it's ups and downs and the middles. Learning to calm down the mind when your body forces you to slow down. In it's wisdom, I find peace and learn to trust. For someone being a control freak and suffering from anxiety it's not an easy thing to do.
I've been learning to let it go and change perspective instead of trying to change it or control it.
Sure it will hurt sometimes, but sure enough it will be worth it and beautiful too.
